Before submitting the ticket.

1. Make sure you are install Layerswp Theme before install our child theme 
2. Make sure that you are running the latest version of theme/Layerswp/WordPress. 
3. Make sure that you deeply checked theme documentation and try to search for public Forum in case of someone else asked the same question before. 
4. Try to deactivate all plugins(except Bundled plugins) and see if problem is resolved or not.

My support has expired. What should I do?
